In an internal combustion engine, valves are used to open and close the intake and exhaust ports in the cylinder head. This allows air to enter and exhaust to escape the cylinder, respectively. As you can imagine, this is a crucial part to the operation of an engine. Valves must remain in working condition or the engine will not function as designed. This could result in increased emissions, smoke coming from the tailpipe, oil usage, or in extreme cases, engine failure.

Using the latest in machining technology, Arrington Performance utilizes a Newen EPOC machine to produce these Custom Machined Valves. EPOC stands for Elite Power Contouring. This machine can handle anything from small engine parts to industrial applications. A Newen exclusive, the EPOC machine is one of the fastest and most exact tools on the market, and was specially chosen by Arrington for this ability. As such, the EPOC Custom Machine Valves are made to exact specification, down to the most minute contours and details. This is important when it comes to a high performance engine, such as the Arrington 392 or 7.3L V8’s. If you want your engine to perform to spec, for years to come, high-end valves are a must.

Much like the ported and polished heads, the EPOC Custom Machined Valves will let you get the most out of your Arrington Engine and your Jeep. Don’t settle for just any aftermarket valves, make sure your engine operates at its best with these EPOC machined valves. Valves and other small parts may seem insignificant, but small details can make or break any Jeep build!
